Hari Kamis ini aku harus pergi ke Puskesmas untuk mencabut gigi. Senin yang lalu, aku sudah diperiksa dan divonis menderita sesuatu yang terdengar seperti ‘Radikus makanterlalurakus’ atau semacamnya. Satu gigi di sudut kiri bawah sudah hancur dengan sempurna, meninggalkan akar gigi dan penderitaan yang amat sangat.
Tak ada jalan lain, gigi itu harus dicabut. Sebelum itu dokter gigi yang akan mencabutnya bertanya
“Sebelumnya pernah dicabut ya mas?”.
Aku jawab “Sudah bu, tapi sudah lama”.
“Kapan?” tanyanya lagi.
“Waktu SD”.
Kelihatannya itu bukan jawaban yang diinginkan… Ya sudah, akhirnya ia mengeluarkan jarum suntik nan seram dan bilang “Cabut giginya enggak sakit kok, cuma suntikannya aja”. Ya aku juga ngerti… Setelah menderita beberapa detik, dokter itu menyuruh aku berkumur-kumur.
Berikutnya dokter itu mengambil perlengkapannya: tang, bor, gergaji dan lain-lain. Dengan penuh kepasrahan, aku biarkan dokter itu memasukkan alat yang seperti pinset-pencabut-bulu-ketek berukuran besar ke ujung rahangku. Lalu dia menggunakan alat lain yang seperti tang untuk mencabut gigiku yang malang itu.
Tidak terasa sakit, lalu mulutku disumpal dengan kapas. Aku jadi susah bicara, bibirku kaku gara-gara suntikan bius itu. Waktu mengambil obat di loket, aku tidak bisa mengeluarkan bunyi “Terima kasih”. Sudahlah, yang penting penderitaan ini berakhir. Bagian bawah bibirku benar-benar kaku dan tak bisa digerakkan, aku kelihatan seperti anak-muda-berbibir-menceng-habis-stroke.
Sebelum pulang, aku mampir dulu ke Indomaret untuk membeli sikat gigi baru yang lebih lembut dan beberapa strip Vitamin C. Ah… Sudah ada Conan 50, kebetulan sekali. Conan 49 juga kubeli waktu aku pulang kampung 3 bulan lalu di sini.
Kasus pertama, bukan pembunuhan, melainkan kasus penculikan yang bermula dari kencan buta yang diikuti oleh Takagi di sebuah restoran. Kebetulan Kogoro sekeluarga sedang berada di situ. Dan tak disengaja pula Miwako datang, karena diiming-imingi makanan enak oleh Yumi ^_^’. Agak kacau, tapi akhirnya berakhir dengan bahagia bagi Takagi-Miwako.
Sayang tidak ada konfrontasi dengan Organisasi Hitam. Padahal di komik nomor 49 porsi Organisasi Hitam cukup banyak. Apakah Shinichi akan menjadi peluru perak yang menghancurkan mereka? Kita tunggu saja, aku tidak berminat mencari mangascan-nya, biarlah waktu kan menjawab.
